Standard Rates for a Full-Day (8-hour) Mediation for a Two-Party Dispute

The rate for half-day mediations is two-thirds of the full day rate. The hourly rate per party for extra hours is £150- 300. All rates exclude VAT.
The rates include all reasonable preparation and travel time, and travel expenses within London.
Any other reasonable travel expenses (e.g., transportation, accommodation) will be charged at cost, and are added to the total fee.
