Gained early international exposure through roles at the Shangri-La Group and a PR agency serving Hewlett-Packard. Later interned at a Chinese law firm’s foreign investment department, where I first developed an interest in cross-border legal work.

Worked at top-tier Chinese law firms, advising international clients entering the Chinese market. My work focused on joint ventures, market entry, cross-border transactions, and trade disputes.

Now based in London and qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales. While I continue providing strategic advisory to insolvency, cross-border transaction,  I became a civil, commercial and workplace mediator combine legal advisory and mediation services, helping clients navigate complex cross-border disputes with cultural sensitivity and strategic clarity.

​Began my legal career as in-house counsel for a international promotions and marketing firm. I led major international licensing projects involving popular Chinese animated characters and was later seconded to Beijing to manage business relationships between the company and its Chinese partner.

Continued cross-border legal practice in the U.S. Initially focused on cross-border transactions, international trade, joint ventures and disputes. Later, I specialized in U.S corporate bankruptcy & restructuring, and insolvency disputes, working on high-profile Chapter 11 and Chapter 15 cases. A special highlight was a 2022 externship with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court.
